AI-generated reports can also be shared externally, making it easier to collaborate and communicate insights with stakeholders.

A CSV download option is now available for monthly vendor profitability reports, making it easier to analyze and share data externally.

We continued expanding the new dashboard experience with additional widgets and report elements, including:

December 2025

Features

We launched a new seat management module designed for agencies and large brands. This feature allows organizations to create and manage user seats, define access levels across their channel portfolios, and issue logins to white-label instances for external clients. This provides greater control, scalability, and flexibility for complex account structures.

We extended our API gateway to include Sales by Period reporting for vendors, aligning API capabilities with functionality released in the UI during the previous month.

November 2025

We introduced a soft launch of our new dashboard experience, available as an opt-in for customers. The new dashboard delivers a refreshed look and feel, improved performance with faster load times, and significantly greater flexibility. Users can now create, configure, and manage custom dashboard views for themselves and for their wider organization. This enhancement is particularly valuable for customers seeking deeper customization while maintaining the robustness and reliability of the MerchantSpring platform they’re familiar with.

Enhancements

We added support for content change alerts across Mirakl-based marketplaces. Brand and marketplace managers can now be notified when listing content changes occur, helping teams proactively monitor and protect brand content across Mirakl channels.

Best Seller Rank (BSR) reporting has been extended to Amazon filtered channels, providing sellers with greater visibility into product performance across segmented storefronts.

We added Buy Box metrics to the reporting module, enabling customers to surface Buy Box performance directly within reports shared with internal teams or external clients.

We introduced a configurable toggle that allows customers to include or exclude promotional discounts when viewing Total Business Overview metrics. This feature is currently available on request.

Features

Enhancements

We’re continuing work on our dashboard redesign, focused on delivering greater flexibility and customization. Early beta users now have access to new layout options and configurable widgets, enabling more personalized reporting experiences.

September 2025

Features

We’ve introduced support for Amazon Attribution, allowing you to report on Amazon sales generated through external advertising campaigns or sources such as Facebook, Google, and your own website. This feature provides a more complete view of performance across all advertising fronts.

Enhancements

Our Path to Purchase query has been upgraded to include cases where the first and second products are the same ASIN. This provides greater insight into repeat purchase behavior and product-level loyalty.

We’ve expanded our API gateway with several new endpoints to improve reporting flexibility:

We’ve continued to enhance our MCP server with new endpoints and improved accuracy. These updates support custom insights and reporting within Cloud Desktop, Cursor, and other MCP-enabled AI tools.

Features

July 2025

Features

We’ve introduced AI-generated report commentary across several key modules. This feature allows users to automatically generate insights and client-facing commentary within reports—saving time and making account reviews more insightful. The commentary adapts to the report context and is ideal for use in agency reporting workflows.

Our AMC Insights module now supports custom queries using natural language prompts. Users can type plain-English requests to generate AMC SQL queries, removing the need for technical SQL knowledge. This functionality is powered by our AI-based query engine and enables advanced users to build and save tailored AMC reports faster.

Users can now connect their own AMC instance to MerchantSpring, enabling direct access to live AMC data. This feature provides agencies with greater control over their data environment while continuing to benefit from our user-friendly interface and insights tooling.

A new Customer Path report is now available within the Repeat Purchases module. It shows the first product a customer bought (Gateway ASIN), what they purchased next, how long it took, and their cumulative value. This allows agencies and brands to identify entry products that drive long-term value and design better cross-sell strategies.

Our demo environment has been updated to include Shopify performance data. This is particularly useful for sales teams and new users exploring the platform’s omnichannel analytics capabilities.

We now support Instacart as a standalone advertising connector. Agencies operating in North America can integrate Instacart ad performance into their existing dashboard and benchmark it against other ad channels such as Meta and Google.

Our Google Ads connector has been upgraded to support MCC (My Client Center) accounts. This allows agencies to manage and analyze multiple Google Ads accounts under a single parent login—making portfolio-wide performance tracking easier and more scalable.

Enhancements

VAT logic has been added to our European marketplace integrations for Zalando and Bol.com. This enhancement enables more accurate revenue tracking and profit analysis, even though native APIs do not provide VAT detail.

North American sellers can now view Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) inventory and inbound shipments directly within our FBA Inventory reports. This is also factored into inventory cover and replenishment logic for more accurate forecasting.

You can now log in to MerchantSpring using your Microsoft account, in addition to existing Google sign-in options.

We’ve added new endpoints to our API gateway, allowing developers to programmatically retrieve:

These endpoints support deeper client segmentation and improved lifecycle modeling in external tools.

June 2025

Features

The Cross-Channel Product Sales report has been extended to include key advertising performance metrics such as Ad Spend, Ad Sales, ACoS, and TACoS. This allows users to view retail and media performance side by side, providing a more complete view of product-level performance across Amazon markets.

Users can now save their custom AMC queries and make them available via the AMC report library. Saved queries can also be shared with colleagues, enabling consistent use of custom reporting logic across teams.

Demo data for TikTok Shop is now available in our demo environment, making it easier for users to preview TikTok data visualizations and workflows before connecting a live store.

TACoS calculations for Amazon Vendor accounts are now dynamically aligned with the selected revenue metric (Ordered or Shipped Revenue). This ensures consistency across advertising and revenue-based metrics.

Our Shopify integration has been enhanced to better handle product returns in alignment with Shopify’s own methodology. This improves reconciliation accuracy and brings reporting in line with Shopify-native expectations.

Additional export formats have been added to the Cross-Channel Product Sales report. These enhancements make it easier to conduct further analysis using external tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

May 2025

Features

Our Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) Insights module is now available to all users on agency plans and as an add-on for non-agency plans. This release includes five pre-built AMC reports—Path to Conversion, New-to-Brand, Gateway ASINs, First & Last Touch Attribution, and DSP & Sponsored Ads Overlap—designed for agencies wanting to unlock AMC value without writing SQL. Each report includes AI-generated commentary, time-based comparisons, and scheduling functionality. This represents a major step in making AMC more accessible and impactful.

We are currently working with a selected group of users to test the ability to create and save custom AMC queries directly within the application. This feature is aimed at offering more flexibility for power users while maintaining usability.

Our demo data environment has been significantly expanded for enterprise customers. It now includes AMC report examples and data for key advertising platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads—ideal for use in sales and training conversations.

Enhancements

The Sales by Period report now includes a wider range of metrics, providing greater flexibility for performance tracking and analysis.

Users can now toggle between Seller SKUs and Product SKUs (ASINs), allowing for improved product comparison across platforms and regions.

A new percentage profit metric has been added to the Product Profitability module, offering better visibility into unit-level performance.

A new Sales by Parent report is now available for Zalando, allowing performance tracking at the parent product and colour variant level.

Account managers can now add report-level commentary that is visible to all users within the same organization. This simplifies internal workflows by removing the need to share logins for feedback and approvals. (Internal notes remain user-specific.)

Vendor users can now enter revenue and advertising spend targets—bringing this feature in line with what's long been available to marketplace sellers.

Reports now support optional CSV downloads, allowing recipients to extract underlying chart and table data for further analysis.

Improved support for Japan Standard Time (JST) ensures accurate reporting and scheduling for users operating in the Japanese market.

Continued refinements to the platform’s interface have been implemented to improve usability, responsiveness, and visual clarity.
